At Vrindavaneshwari Shringar Seva, every shringar is handcrafted with devotion, care, and attention to detail. Since all products are handmade and created according to specific sizes and color combinations, we do not offer returns or refunds on any order.

We request our customers to carefully review the product details, measurements, and color options before placing an order. Each piece is uniquely crafted and is not resold or mass-produced, which makes every creation special and exclusive.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the rare case that a product arrives damaged during transit. Although such situations are highly unlikely due to our secure and careful packaging process, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage.

Products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
